The Marketing Division at SKM has a workforce of 200 staff. They are concerned with effective delivery of Feed to the farms and also procurement of eggs daily. Our Eggs Division consists of 100 staff who work round the clock for the procurement and marketing of eggs. Our Feed Division also consists of 100 committed staff who ensure that every order is fulfilled and feed is dispatched on time every time.

Egg Division

About 1.5 million eggs are procured daily with a fixed schedule from the farmers. Thus ensuring the collection and then dispatch of fresh farm eggs to the market. We at SKM cater not only to the Southern states of India, but also to the Government's Nutritional Noon Meal programme. We also export directly and indirectly fresh farm eggs of 50-55 gms (White-shell) to the Gulf Countries. The export eggs are cleaned, stamped and packed in new paper trays. 12 trays placed in sturdy card-board cartons and sealed. Production expiry dates are stamped on the cartons of 360 eggs each. These are then transported by refrigerated containers to the nearest port and dispatched to other countries.

Along with this a Guaranteed Health Certificate is obtained from certified Veterinarian to ensure the quality of the eggs to the buyers. Being bulk handlers of eggs, we at SKM are capable of shipping huge quantities of eggs.

Feed Division

We have a strong network of over 800 dealers. We have 22 feed depots at suitable locations to fulfill the orders at shortest possible time. However, the feed for the Indian market is made according to the requirements of the layers and broilers in this region. Feed can be made to any specification required by the buyer and suitable Quotations can be obtained from our Feed Division following enquiries. The way we have grown in the Feed Industry is the land mark of our Quality. We at SKM have all the infrastructure and network to make this possible.

SKM Poultry Services and Marketing Centers, the parent member of the group operates 50 trucks ensuring timely delivery of feed. We market Layer, Broiler Feed (Mash) and Cattle Feed (Mash & pellets).The packaging of Finished product for long distance is made in such a manner to tackle adverse weather conditions. Suitable packing material could be arranged according to the requirements of the customer.

The reputation that our field force has built in the industry for over 15 years is substantial. Due to this we have grown over 5 times in 10 years. In the year 1987, we marketed 50,000 MT of the feed and 130 Million eggs. But in the year 1999 we have marketed 266,000 MT of feed and 600 Million eggs. We owe this to the Efficiency of our field force.
